ADHD Group Coaching Tester
This one-hour ADHD Group Coaching Taster session offers an introduction to how group coaching works and explores some of the everyday challenges associated with ADHD. We look at sensory overload, procrastination, motivation, and executive functioning difficulties, including organisation, planning, mapping, and time management. The session also explores external organisation: how your environment is set up, where you keep your keys, and how to create practical systems that work for you. We consider motivation and how to develop an internal motivational system by understanding what type of motivation works best for you. Finally, we explore masking why we use it, why it can be difficult to let go of, and how we can begin to take it off. The session provides an opportunity to gain an overall understanding of ADHD group coaching and explore practical, neuro-informed approaches to everyday challenges.

Finally I started to understand my ADHD. I am not ashamed of it rather buidling a life with it.
